There are separate prices for document notarizations and loan services. Notarizations using Mobile or RON Services:
$10 per stamp
Mobile services mileage fees:
$20 but (this price can change based on your address and will be determined at the booking appointment.)
Loan Signing Prices:
$125 for Refinance Loans, Seller Package Loans, Purchase Loans, Loan Modifications and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Loans
$200 for Reverse Mortgage Loans

A Remote Online Notary is a Notary Public that has been approved to perform notarial acts using a remote online platform and online video technology instead of being in person. Using Remote Online Services I can notarize documents for people all over the U.S. and they don’t have to leave home or download the program to their computer. The process is the same as if we were in person, and your documents are notarized quickly and securely.
No, the Notary Public is an impartial witness to the signing and authentication of important documents. As a notary, I cannot advise on which type of notarization you need or give my opinion on your documents. Doing that would be considered the unauthorized practice of law. However, I can explain the different types of notarizations, and you can choose the one that will want.
An appointment is needed to determine a time that works for both of us. Whether you choose Mobile Notary Services or RON Services, you can get it done the same day as the appointment.
